How To Order
To see current stock, click the 'View Current Stock Banner" at the top of the homepage. All these drums are in stock unless otherwise stated.
Ordering Stock Models
You can order any of our stock models (The Sliverback, Bonobo or Barbary) by clicking on the relevant series on the homepage. From the product page, select your tone wood and hardware preferences and add to basket/checkout.
Generally, our models are made to order but if the exact model you have selected is in stock, it will be shipped straight away (usually with 24 hrs). If the exact model is not available, it will be made for you and usually despatched within 1-2 weeks. If you would like to know if your exact model is in stock or exactly how long it will take to build before ordering, get in touch and we can give you all the information you need.
Ordering Custom Shop Models
For Custom Shop orders, please get in touch to discuss your options and preferences and a full quotation can be sent to you with an estimated completion/shipping date.
Pay As We Build
With Custom Shop builds we offer "pay as we build', giving you complete timescale/payment flexibility and the best bit... at no extra cost!! This is done with a 3 stage payment/build process.
For example; custom shop model with a cost of £800.00
- Once your design is finalised, 1st payment is due prior to starting the build - £266.66. The snare drum shell is made and ready for drilling/hardware.
- When you are ready to make the 2nd stage payment (date entirely up to you), the hardware will be ordered (payment £266.66).
- Once the hardware has arrived and when the final payment has been made (time scale set by you), your new snare drum will be built and shipped to you. (payment £266.66).
There is no extra cost for this service and it gives you financial and creative flexibility.
